Also, mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities and improve their cognitive, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. In this positive sense, mental health is the foundation for individual well-being and the effective functioning of a community. Accordingly I am developing my state of mental health from the time I came to Malaysia to study all by myself, because, I learnt many things in my life after I came to Malaysia and I was able to go through stress with a positive mind even though I was all alone by myself. Further, multiple social, psychological, and biological factors determine the level of mental health of a person at any point of time.

Stress is a very common problem being faced today. Every individual will experience stress in one or the other time. These definitions indicate that stress represents those conditions under which individuals have demand made upon them, that they cannot physically or psychologically meet, leading to breakdown at one or other of these levels. Stress is usually thought of in negative terms. But ii can manifest itself in both positive and negative way.
If you asked people what emotion they think they could do without, then it would be no surprise if a large number of individuals named stress as their least favorite. Stress is known to lower the immune system making us more likely to become ill, it has been known to negatively affect our decision making abilities so that we make bad judgment calls, and it is linked with many other unpleasant emotions such as depression and anxiety. When we are in a situation where we are placed under pressure and need to concentrate, then this is often when stress arises and it is of course in these scenarios more destructive than it is helpful, leaving us unable to concentrate and causing us to stutter and choke.
